Cooking and baking have always been the highlight of my long-standing Greek heritage. In fact, some of the recipes used today at Aunt Lula's date back to 14th century. Personally, I have marveled over my Greek parents and other extended family members as they executed their fine culinary artistry skills for the "sheer delight" and "wonderment" of their partakers. They knew the secret of making others happy and content by creating a pleasant, meaningful experience. It is an experience that should be shared with others! Some successful recipes used today are inspired from my youth while my parents owned and operated a restaurant called The Little Den, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
